The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

The house is surrounded by nature and you’ll have a beautiful olive tree in the courtyard right by your entrance door where you can hang out and enjoy the peace.

A two-story house with a light exterior is enhanced by vibrant pink bougainvillea plants. The house features multiple balconies with seating, surrounded by manicured greenery. Windows allow natural light to fill the spaces, providing a welcoming appearance from the exterior.

Apartment 2 has two bedrooms (4+1), kitchen, microwave, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, balcony and all accessories (bed linen, towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils). Parking is also provided within the apartment. Near the apartment there is a shop, pharmacy, bakery, children's playground, restaurant, bus station, and the nearest beach is about 500 meters away. The most famous "Paradise Beach" is about 900 meters from our apartment.

A hot tub with warm water is featured in the fenced garden terrace, with a view toward the open living space. Glass doors provide a seamless transition from the outdoor area to the modern kitchen and dining space visible in the background.

My newly renovated apartment is all you need for a perfect vacation. It is located in the heart of the island of Rab in a very quite and peaceful place called Mundanije ,which is only 5 min driving distance from the vonderful old town of Rab. In another 10-15 min driving you can reach all the beautiful beaches in Lopar, Kampor or Pudarica. It is ideal place for relaxing. Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the island Rab.

Our newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20). The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo which is located behind hotel Valamar Imperial, cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.
