Since it didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!
