This charming duplex is 5 minutes from Tribunal and 10 minutes from Gran Vía, right in the center. It is spacious and with very careful decoration. Very discreet apartment, no neighbors in front, with great views of all Madrid, direct elevator inside. It has two terraces with plants, a pond with fish. Antique furniture, unique pieces, Wi-Fi, cinema screen TV, Prime, Netflix, 3 air conditioners, etc. A very peaceful house. There are two bedrooms and an XL bed in the loft. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED

Public transport a few meters to get to the capital, shops and nearby leisure area. Possible noise from Monday to Friday due to school and nearby works.

El apartamento de 60 m2 equipado con 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y un sofa cama, smart TV con pantalla plana, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, lavadora, nevera. En invierno se puede disfrutar de una magnifica chimenea dentro del alojamiento (la leña tiene coste extra). No se admiten fiestas. Está prohibido poner música a un volumen elevado ya que es una zona residencial.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Our guest house is located in a large 1 Ha garden where you can isolate yourself from everything in the middle of nature in the Sierra Oeste. 45 minutes from Madrid, in a quiet village where you can take beautiful walks, bike routes, enjoy the surroundings or simply relax in our garden full of roses and fruit trees. The detached house will give you great privacy with all the amenities. We have two good, playful mastiffs that are loose in the garden
