Walk right on to the beach! Mature, respectful guests welcome to enjoy our space. Absolutely no pets allowed or parties as there are many Seniors in the building and guest pets are not permitted under the HOA.

You will enjoy parking for 2 cars, WiFi, premium cable and a safe, quiet space to call home.
