The historic home, a survivor of the Great Storm of 1900 (and all others since) is located next to a neighborhood restaurant (which has been there for 75 years) and is close to beaches and The Strand.

There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
