Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Surselva District

Linard's place is wonderfully equipped. The apartment is ideal for families with families. There are a lot of toys. The kitchen is also well equipped. Communication with Linard works great. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is in a great location. The car can be left in the garage of the apartment. You can easily walk to the cable car. And restaurants or take aways are also within walking distance. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and as described. We felt very comfortable and would definitely book again immediately. Thanks for everything

We had a great stay during the ski holidays. The Airbnb is right at the bus stop, from which you can reach the village in 5 minutes. The Airbnb had everything we needed and was clean. Manuela was quick and easy to reach. We will be happy to come back :)!

Everything was good and enjoyed our stay

Small but very comfortable and very neat studio near Laaxersee and the bus stop to the ski slope. We stayed there for 5 nights with 3 people so the sofa bed was also folded out and it was a bit narrow to pass everywhere but that was no big deal. Comfortable double bed. Solid running shower. Spacious fridge. Plenty of equipment available in the kitchenette for cooking, even an oven! (no microwave), and then put everything back. Convenient terrace and always nice in the sun when we returned from skiing in the afternoon. Well-functioning shutters so you can make it really dark inside and also a fold-out sunshade on the terrace. We were there too short and a lot outside with the radiant weather so we did not go to the pool. No idea what that looks like. A photo on the website of this would be helpful. The sauna option is also not used. Parking space for the car is a big plus. We are very satisfied with this place!

Cozy apartment with great bathroom. The swimming pool and sauna are nice to relax after a day on the mountain. We were able to get to the valley station on foot (or one station by bus). Paul is a great host who was always very friendly and quick to respond.

This place is great for winter sports and everything important is within walking distance. Beautiful hikes are also possible from this location. The apartment offered enough space for 4 adults and 1 baby. We especially enjoyed the bright living rooms and the 2 balconies.

Nice place for an overnight stay in Italy. We could check in ourselves which was nice. House is clean and equipped with many facilities. Great place for a family with children. Also thoughtful Easter eggs upon entry! In short, maybe next year again!

The house had lots of space and a nice view from the terrace. The lounge was comfortable with plenty of seating and the dining room also had a nice big table and lots of seats.

Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

Exceeded expectations! Fantastic location with amazing views. Wonderful access to hiking and activities. So much to do within 10 minutes drive. Complete privacy. Comfortable home with washer and dryer, dishwasher, comfortable beds, balcony, and nice shower. View of the surrounding valley, including the waterfall. Amazing host - provided fantastic ideas for hiking, bakeries, and other activities. Wish we had more than five days and hope to return. Worked very well with 4 people for a larger family. The deck and outdoor space was fantastic. An amazing part of the country made even better by a wonderful place to stay.

It was now our third ski trip that we spent with Claudius. Everything was fine again. We liked it very much again! We would come back any time and can recommend Claudius's place with a clear conscience. Claudius's house is also ideal for holidays outside the winter season. You are in the middle of a hiking and biking area or you can just enjoy the seclusion. GREAT THING!

Great modern and comfortable apartment with fantastic facilities and easy walk to main cableway & restaurants, ski shops. Dana was a super friendly host.

Lovey apartment, 10 minutes on foot from the gondolas. Supermarket within walking distance, great amenities (pool and sauna) and Pamela was super nice and always available. Really hard to beat for a long weekend on the slopes!

We spontaneously booked the place for one night and were super satisfied. The view was beautiful, the apartment clean and perfect for four and the contact was very friendly. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

We had a great stay at Daniel's apartment in Flims over Easter. Daniel is a superb host who is very friendly, communicative and goes out of his way to make you feel at home (he even provided Easter chocolate for us on arrival, which was a nice touch!). The apartment itself was clean, well-located and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The incredible mountain views from the balcony were definitely a highlight, and the top-class pool/sauna facilities were great for unwinding after a long day of hiking. I would 100% recommend Daniel's if visiting Flims or the surrounding areas in Graubünden.

Great place for a ski holiday

We rented this apartment to go skiing in Flims, Laax. What a top location for a ski vacation. There were so many positive elements that I'm not sure what to do first. The apartment was super clean, nicely renovated and really equipped with everything you could think of. Upon arrival, the beds were covered and the towels were ready on the beds. We felt very welcome right away. Nina is a very sweet lady, very nice communication. The apartment has great views. From the dining table you still have a view of the mountains. As a ski lover, this is a perfect apartment. It is a 5-minute walk from the dallifts of Flims. We were there with 2 young children (6 and 10) and the distance to the lifts was perfect. We rented a locker on the lifts to store our ski equipment, so it was super relaxed to put on our ski equipment after a few minutes' walk and immediately go upstairs to ski. What a top vacation!

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. A beautiful apartment where nothing is missing, great furnishings, very quiet in the midst of trees. The large balcony with evening sun is wonderful. Every now and then even a squirrel scurried by. The location is also great, you have many possibilities to explore Flims on foot. Also thanks to the Welcom Letter folder we had great tips from the hosts. Sonja was very friendly, helpful and available at all times. Thank you for the nice time. We will be happy to come back.
