Possibility of washing and drying, for a small fee. We live 400 meters from the square, and 600 meters from the harbor, where buses run to the whole island, and the ferry sails to Poland. On our road, the bus runs to Rønne / Airport

The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. Bed linen, towels, etc. are not provided for the stay, but can be ordered in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
