Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Svedala Municipality

Quiet area in the middle of a golf course. Good patio and nice nature around. A house with possibilities. Both Martin and Joel responded quickly and arranged what was possibly missing without any problems. Close to shopping center and to Malmö. Having a car is an advantage, a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Everything was great and a great host

A dreamy, bohemian and hospitable home with lots of opportunities for play and socializing for the family! Rings on the top floor rooftop were the daughter's favorite (shared first place with the stud mat) The house is in an idyllic little modern Bulllerby-like area just a few minutes by car into the center of Malmö. I was personally very inspired by the decor of the home. Perfect for families with children who want to experience Malmö/Copenhagen or as in our case: Summer holidays with young children in Beijing park. Incredibly communicative and lovely host who was quick to respond to chat. Bonus with cuddly cats and nice neighbors!

Our stay at Susannes house was perfect! She was able to accommodate us very spontaneously and everything immediately worked. If we had questions Susanne was able to answer very quickly and the house had everything you could need. You felt right at home. The surroundings were quiet and very beautiful. I cannot recommend Susanne enough. Thank you for a great time!

Wonderful place to stay, lovely quiet area. If large luggage is available, rental car recommended, nearest bus stop about a 15-minute walk. Very friendly and accommodating landlady. Amenities of the kitchen are great, so we could easily take care of ourselves and cook. We would book again at any time.

Jannica’s beautiful apartment was perfect for a long weekend in Malmö. It’s tastefully decorated and has everything you’d need. Malmö city centre is within walking distance and Triangeln station, with trains direct to Copenhagen airport, is nearby. The red spiral staircase is an unique feature!

Amazing host and apartment.

The apartment is in a super location! In the middle of central Malmö, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and explore when we were in Malmö. Jesper had prepared suggestions for walking for us, with different sights marked; we got two map links to google maps that we could orient ourselves after. He also gave suggestions for a good lunch restaurant, etc. Check-in was easy - he met us at the apartment - and when we checked out we were left with the luggage in the apartment until the afternoon, which made it easier. We had a good time in the apartment and Malmö!

A great stay at Karl's! The apartment is nicely decorated, comfortable and compliant in every way with the photographs! Karl was an accommodating, friendly and available host! The apartment is located close to a very nice small park and has a quiet inner courtyard. Only small downside, the apartment has little storage but it's a detail. I would highly recommend it!

Jiovana is generally a very nice person and a great host. She was very easy to communicate with and she made sure our stay at her place was a pleasant one. The place is nicely decorated and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in the city. We would definitely come again.

We had a nice 10-day stay in Martin's flat. The flat is as described and seems even bigger than on the photos. It was very clean and well equipped. There were a lot of kitchen utensils in the kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a TV with Swedish cable television, two nice dining areas and a lot of storage space. The location is really good. There are various (also Express-) busses close by. It's also easy to walk into the city centre or to Möllevangen. The train station Triangeln is also close by. There are two supermarkets and various late shops in the area and also a lot of restaurants. Despite the fact that the flat is overlooking a large street, the flat seemed quiet when the windows were closed (it was winter). Martin was very nice and the communication was perfect. The only drawback are the very soft beds. So if you have severe back problems this might not be for you.

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Everything was new, very well maintained and cozily furnished – we immediately felt at home. Our dog also felt comfortable right away. The hostess was super nice and a very friendly contact person. It was the perfect place to get away from it all and unwind. The only small drawback: Unfortunately, there were no particularly good restaurants in the nearby. Nevertheless, it was a beautiful stay that we very much enjoyed!

Lotta was a wonderful host. The apartment was a good size and the location was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The romantic walk along the beach is not to be missed.

Beautiful place and location near the lakes. Good base for visiting Stockholm (~30 min bus ride) and a great place to unwind after sightseeing. Spacious, clean and modern.... we had a very nice stay and Jessica was a responsive host. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Rémy and Monica's studio. It's located in a green, quiet area with good connection to Malmö. Our son loved the garden - especially the trampoline. The hosts were kind and pleasant, and had anticipated on anything a guest might need. Everything was provided and comfortable. Very comfy bed, generous shower. Bathroom and kitchen had a generous amount of staple products. Lovely experience overall.

We immediately felt comfortable in Amy's beautiful apartment. Apart from the apartment, we loved the location. You could go to nice cafes and/or shop nearby. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, but is still very central. You can walk to the Stortorget in 15 minutes. There was a small problem with the front door, but Amy always responded very quickly, taken care of and had pragmatic solutions until the door was repaired. I would want to book the apartment again immediately when I am in Malmö for a few days.

This is a charming space within an easy walk of the train station, grocery store, and waterfront. It was clean and quiet and we loved it.

The apartment provided by Tobias was cozy, cool, so we really enjoyed it and its design and balcony. Everything was top, Tobias was very helpful and offered a free extra bed what we appreciated a lot. Price-quality-location 10/10 p.s. the hall and kitchen area are really smaller than in real life, I would say twice smaller - it was a nice surprise.
