There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Charming apartment located in a listed farm house. The apartment is situated in a scenic area 1km from the sea and 10km from the old town of Svendborg. The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

Nice home with room for two adults, central location in the middle of Svendborg. Bright and modern apartment. With a 10-minute walk to the train/bus station and ferries. Shopping nearby. The home has a nice location in a peaceful area and with a nice backyard with small beautiful terraces and cozy corners for free use. A lovely garden with apple and flowering trees, herb garden where the guest can also enjoy a piece of fruit or herbs, or to get a little shade.

The house in the protected city of Tranekær is worthy of preservation. It is newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary barbecue in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden. Board games in the cabinets, flat screen 55”, Langeland has a golf course, hiking, art, galleries, lovely beaches and the wildest nature.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Bright and spacious annex - even if it's only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably secluded. Note: There is hot water, even though the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.

The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.
