It is 4 km to the beach and 4 km to Svendborg. You can quickly get to the cozy city atmosphere, while always having the peace and quiet of nature at your fingertips. A cozy old, low-ceilinged house with a lovely courtyard. Modernized on an ongoing basis. The home contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, cupboards and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat.
