Idyllic house in the countryside only 15 min drive from Torget

Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

House in Singsaker, Trondheim

Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

Here you get a cozy place with a short distance to the city center, the city market, hospital and university. The accommodation has 2 heat pumps and electric oven in each of the 3 bedrooms. In one of the rooms there is a double bed and a baby bed. There are 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Bathroom and Kitchen are recently fully renovated. Kitchen has necessary equipment. Laundry room on basement floor. Guests can use one space in a double garage. There is a charger for electric cars. You must bring your own cable.

Great and beautiful home, with stunning views of Trondheim. The house is a semi-detached house and here you rent the main apartment in the house. In our home you will find most of what you need to spend nice days in Trondheim. Short distance to the city center (20 min. fast walk) and short distance to public transport (bus/tram). There is also beautiful urban landscape nearby, where you can retreat from city life and just enjoy the silence. The property is very centrally located. You are very welcome!
