In the summer there are long bright nights and in the winter you may be fortunate enough to see the northern lights. Access to the sea. I rent out my great apartment when I'm traveling. All you need right outside the door. The boat to Munkholmen 30 meters. Grocery store only 80 meters away. Nidarosdomen 750 meters up the street. Trondheim Central Station 600 meters. Pirbadet 1.4 km. Stylish apartment with 3 meters under the ceiling! Everything you need is in the apartment. Here you can enjoy the view over the canal and see beautiful wooden boats pass by. Enjoy a nice walk in Bakklandet with all the cafes and restaurants nearby.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
