The apartment is in a house with several apartments and is completely independent with its own private entrance. The house is surrounded by greenery and a garden and has secure parking in the shade. Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
