Cozy Stay in Dinkelscherben

Our freshly renovated 50 sqm flat in Dinkelscherben offers modern comfort for families, couples, business travelers, and nature lovers. It features a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and living area, plus coffee machine, kettle, microwave, projector, hairdryer, iron and Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 5, baby cot on request, pets welcome. Blackout curtains, insect screens, and a 15-minute walk to the train station. Our home is cozy and welcoming – just as it was designed for families with children and pets.

Country Life

Separate outbuilding with duplex apartment with sleeping gallery, desk, sofa, armchair and table, separate kitchen and shower/toilet, sauna incl. Relaxation area, like-new furnishings, complete renovation in 2001. Landlords live in the main building of a completely refurbished and renovated former farmhouse. The former "pigsty" was converted into a garage and garden house. The apartment is located on the upper floor. The half-timbered construction and the original atmosphere were preserved.

Perfect for the most beautiful time of the year

Dear guests, Our apartment is sunny, quiet and about 5 minutes' walk from the train station in a 30 km/h zone. It has a private parking space, a terrace with garden and magnificent mountain views. It can be rented in the low season for at least 3 nights and in the main season (Easter; from Pentecost to September 15th 15 and Christmas until January January) for at least 6 nights. Tourist tax must be paid in cash on site upon arrival. I am very excited to welcome you here :))

Apartement "Lenz"

The fresh renovated holiday apartment is centrally located in the town of Farchant, 4km from the center of Garmisch. The train station, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Various hiking opportunities, cycling tours and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Garmisch Classic & Zugspitze ski areas can be reached by car, bus or train. Guests of Lenz holiday apartment receive a 20% discount on ski rental at Sprenzel ski school in Garmisch.

Charming summer house in nature

The small former washhouse of an old farmhouse from 1716 invites all those who love the Allgäu to enjoy the wonderful nature. The popular Iller cycle path is only a few hundred meters away. The newly renovated wooden house can accommodate 1-2 people. It consists of a small bedroom (bed 1.40 m wide) and a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating. Enjoy the beautiful evening sun on the wooden veranda in the neighborhood of a carp and frog pond.

Apartment on Lake Ammer

Cozy 40 sqm apartment in your own cottage near the lake. The annex of the beautiful house from the 60s is centrally located two minutes' walk above the Schondorf lake facility. Steamer and beach, beer garden, mini golf and boat rental are next door. Living room with lake view, kitchen and bathroom are on one floor, a small bedroom with double bed is in the basement. Another sleeping option can be reached as a loft bed from the living room via a staircase.

Our beautiful and homely apartment is well served by public transport, 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to the city center, to shops, to art and culture or to the nature (parks/river). The apartment is bright and looks very airy due to the high visible roof structure. There is a comfortable bed, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is suitable for couples, small groups / families and business travelers.

Fantastic living in the garden studio

The studio is a detached building in the front part of a charming, quiet garden property surrounded by flower meadows and orchards. Due to the south-facing location and the special room height, the rooms are very bright and spacious. The studio has a large terrace which is accessible at ground level from the living area. You also have direct access to the charming garden. Please inquire about pets separately!

Our vacation home is about 55 square meters with up to 5 sleeping places. Max. 2 parking spaces Adjacent to the stable/paddock. Open living area with living room, TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.

The "Waldhäusl"

Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus an independent cottage with its own entrance. In June 2024, it was largely newly furnished again. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100 m away. By car, it is 15 minutes to See train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the central station in Munich.
