My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Jasmine's and Kyle's! Their home is very clean and was spacious for the 4 of us to relax and have an enjoyable time. They included a lot of nice and thoughtful touches, such as separate towels for the hot tub and even disposable slippers for outdoor use (i.e., travel back and forth from the hot tub). The kitchen is very nice, well stocked, clean. And a great location to many of the local hotspots.

If you're looking to rent your own amusement park then look no further this place was absolutely amazing! My entire family took advantage of every part this house had to offer whether it was the basketball net, ping pong, karaoke machine, foosball table, the heated floors, the comfy beds, the kitchen amenities, the gym, the massage chair, the sauna. we loved it all! Not to mention it was in the perfect location for our trip. We will definitely be coming back again and hopefully again and again. Oh and the windows were amazing as was the comfy living/tv area!

Our family's stay was wonderful. The house had space for our family of 4 plus our kid's 2 friends and pur dog. The house provided multiple options of water vessels, so we went row boating, kayaking and peddle boating. We woke up to the beautiful lake each morning, had coffee of the dock while being greeted by the geese. The kitchen had wverything we needed to feed 6 people. The garage was another space for the kids to play in at night. We are looking forward to future visits, especially in warmer weather.

The place was very big and nice. The only thing is that I can tell they were renovating the place and the smell of paint was very strong. Beautiful home and very roomy. However, if you will be staying here, make sure to bring some very warm PJs, not for the bedrooms but the kitchen/dinning and living room areas. The place had lots of window so this is why it was a bit hard to warm up those areas but heaters were available to help warm up the place. Overall it was a beautiful home and the host was very responsive. I just wish that with all these AirBnB's they would allow us to check in earlier since check out is so early. You don't get your money's worth or get to enjoy anything. We are checking if after 4 PM (because that is the normal check in time) then have to leave as soon as you wake up EARLY on a Sunday. So technically you enjoy your stay for a day.

Dee was very responsive when we could not locate the wine opener and rectified the situation. The house is great for a large group. Was perfect way to celebrate a bride in a non traditional bachelorette type way.

Alluvion responded with in minutes each time I reached out. Our family loves to cook and the kitchen had every appliance you’d want and more. As well as more than ample serving, glasses and place settings. The out doors has great seating areas and the stone fireplace is awesome. I will definitely be back someday and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely beautiful home! Carl and Rebecca were wonderful hosts - they were super responsive and accommodating. And their home is lovely down to all the little details, from the soft bathrobes to the warm spaces to hang out in. We had a wonderful stay at their home and would love to come back!

Our family weekend at Casa Julia was awesome. All 3 generations loved the layout of the house and the beautiful lake across the street. The house was nicely decorated, matched the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for relaxation and exploring the Catskills!

Came for a 9 person family thanksgiving. House was very well laid out for cooking, eating and relaxing. Had a few issues and The hosts and manager were very responsive, especially considering we were there on a holiday weekend. Property is beautiful For walking. Fireplace is lovely and there was plenty of dried wood. Kitchen very well appointed and stocked. If you stay in the winter bring slippers and layers, especially if you are using the basement rooms.

The house was perfect for our retreat — spacious, peaceful, and with a beautiful garden. The yoga room is fantastic and made a big difference for our group. We highly recommend it! Just one small note: be mindful with noise, as the neighbors are quite close. Other than that, everything was truly ideal for our retreat.

It was the perfect place to decompress from a very exciting and magical wedding weekend. The house is spacious and comfortable with a number of areas to relax and enjoy- indoors and out. The pool was a lot of fun, and the house was well provisioned and nicely decorated. It was a rare treat to find a rental house that included basic supplies such as spices, pantry staples like flour and sugar, etc. Ken was an amazing host, very responsive if we had a question and provided a great list of local resources and recommendations that was very helpful. New Paltz is a fun town with a number of good restaurants and more to do in the area than we could manage in four days. Highlights included a day trip to Storm King (fabulous!) and another day to Hyde Park where we visited the Roosevelt homestead and Vanderbilt mansion.

We had a great time at the airbnb. The house is beautiful, well furnished, and comfortable. The location is great - easy drive from NYC to get out into nature and take a break from the city. Robin was a fantastic host - very communicative and responsive, provided plenty of guidance on what to do in the area. Hope to be able to come again soon.

The place is breathtaking. Located in an incredible land with awesome trails is a marvelous house nicely decorated and amazing rooms. We had an incredible time with my family that we will remember forever. Many thanks to Paula. Always there and really helpful with everything.

We had a fantastic time, the highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and it also had heating facilities making it perfect for a refreshing swim. The stay was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals when we wanted to. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were spotless. Our host, Israel, was incredibly welcoming and responsive. He provided us with all the information we needed and were quick to address any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway for a large group of people with a great pool. We hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful home!! Would love to book again in the warmer months :-) Felt right at home when we checked in, lots of room for me and my friends. They were so happy with the accommodations! Close to stores & restaurants. Easy instructions for check-in/out.

The place was great for a group of guys because one of the bedrooms had a couple bunk beds and some trundle beds. The hot tub and sauna combo was amazing and we used it every night. The master bedroom and bathroom were pristine. The house is big and it feels pretty nice, but it does kind of feel like it's a full-time rental place so it doesn't feel like it's lived in at all. the kitchen didn't even have cutting boards and the pans were not in great shape. no spices in the cabinets or olive oil or anything so we basically had to go out and shop for any supplies we needed. One of the arcade machines didn't work and the grill on the deck was in pretty sad shape so we decided not to grill because it was leaning at an angle and really rusty. We had a great time honestly and the price was great. The check-in was like something straight out of the commercials where the code on the front door didn't work until 4:00 on the dot. so we stood on the front porch for like 6 minutes just waiting.
