Monthly Rentals in Sykia Chalkidikis

Although Maria does not speak English we managed to understand each other and were welcomed very warmly. It was very cozy and clean in the house. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. We leave an extremely good impression and many wonderful memories of the stay. The only thing that needs to be changed is the location of the house in the site because there is a discrepancy of several directs.

We felt right at home from day one. Paulina is a very caring and really helpful woman. They also had nice touches for our daughters by giving them some candy every now and then :-) They were so kind as to provide us with a potty for the youngest girl! The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished. The change of sheets and towels is weekly and they smell like laundry. They also provide beach towels, even those with weekly change. There was also a hairdryer. Well-kept patio, the garden is really nice and there is a small play area with a swing for the little ones. The kitchen is basic and functional, large fridge and freezer, the only thing we found missing was the microwave but otherwise there was everything. The nearest market is well stocked and can be reached in a 3-minute walk. The area is quiet and peaceful. We were looking for just such a place, in the countryside, to relax. Thanks Paolina and Theodoros, it was wonderful!!

Very cute accommodation, in the heart of the typical village of Sykia. The terrace is very nice. Nikos's mom is adorable and came to drop us fresh eggs, grapes. Excellent! The church bells located behind the house ring at 7am on weekends (for information but it didn't bother us at all). The accommodation is close to all restaurants and shops, with a market on Saturday mornings. Located 10/15 min from beautiful beaches. It was perfect! Small downside, the basics (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) are missing.

Everything was great, we were very pleased with our stay, host is available for any questions, everything was clean and generally what we wanted/saw on the listing 😊
