Through large window elements on the ground floor very bright, with large garden, therefore super suitable for children. 2 min. walk to the beach, 12-15 min. walk to Westerland-centre. Opposite the property a small forest, close to the aquarium as well as some restaurants. Ideal starting point for trips by bike. Modern furnishings, equipped with everything imaginable. SATELLITE TV incl. SKY. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the bathroom DG.

Just a 15-minute walk to the beach & downtown. The train station & supermarkets are within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are also available. Spacious living room with dining area. The spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms and the main bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The captain's house was built in 1712 in the old village center of Nieblum. After the core renovation in 2023, it is now spacious, spacious and family-friendly inside - it offers a light-flooded gallery to play and relax. Located on a small one-way street, despite its central location, it is quiet and has a beautiful private garden.
