Beachfront holiday rentals in Syros - Ermoupoli Municipality

The Welcome Home Port View apartment is very centrally located right opposite the ferry terminal. Access is easy with lift to 3rd floor. Excellent view of the port and activities. Everything for an enjoyable stay, good kitchen, quiet main bedroom, lounge area spacious with additional room with twin beds to the side through sliding doors. Very good bathroom. The apartment is very well fitted out with new fittings and recently redecorated with a new feel. Iavankia was a very good host, friendly and responsive to any queries we had.

Το διαμέρισμα ότι πραγματικά χρειάζεσαι για να μείνεις στην Ερμούπολη. Στο κέντρο της πόλης κοντά κυριολεκτικά στα πάντα, στο λιμάνι, στην παραλία, στα μαγαζιά. Αλλά αυτό που πραγματικά ξεχωρίζεις είναι ο Κ.Νικος ένας ευγαινεστατος κύριος που ότι χρειάστηκα ήταν εκεί και με έκανε πραγματικά να νιώσω άνετα και φιλόξενα. Όλα άψογα

Lovely place, perfect for the person, couple of family (not a large one) that is not fussy about the posh bits, but enjoys location ( opposite the beach and with in yards of cafe bar and restaurants - one literally next door, so you need to be happy with music playing in the background - we were) .. bed not the largest or best but the house had everything one would need - washing machine, kitchenware, and a terrace with both sun and shade area. A real local (plus tourists) spot on the beach that added great local spirit to the place - thoroughly enjoyable and absolutely recommend. When heading back to Syros we would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the hospitality from our hosts. Ms Zoi made our stay all the more pleasant. Helped us with checking in, brought toys for our little boy and sweets. The place is spacious enough for 3-4 people, clean with new furniture and all amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and there's parking space nearby (mind the usual Syros steps). Really appreciated the late checkout. Definitely recommended!

Everything was as a described, with a perfectly clean house (there was even twice a week changing of bed linen/towels, plus cleaning). Location is perfect, as it is in the middle of the island and within walking distance of arguably the best beach and restaurant in Tinos. Would stay again.

Great place, close to everything, I loved the cute garden. The host was kind enough to provide extra towels for my friend and was lenient with the check out. They even gifted me a box of local sweets. I would totally choose it again for my stay in Syros.

Tinos is a hidden gem and the house is well positioned between Tinos Town and Pyrgos just up the hill from a lovely local beach enjoying great views over the Aegean sunsets. It is one of a small group of apartments with their own terraces a shared pool. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. We were welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay with any issues quickly resolved. Lovely house on a lovely island. Highly recommended.

Le logement est très correct. Le cadre est somptueux. La climatisation est dans la pièce principale mais pas les chambres. Ça aurait plus efficace que ce soit dans les chambres. La maison est dans son jus mais c’est très propre et fonctionnel. L’hôte est très gentille et disponible. Les prix sur Syros sont plus élevés que dans d’autres îles. Le logement est dans les prix de l’île. Nous avons été satisfait de notre séjour et vous en remercions. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine

We had a fantastic five days at Aqua Blu. We were lucky that we had the entire place (4 cottages/apartments plus pool) to ourselves. It’s well equipped, very quiet, great if small pool and literally 5 mins for the best beach (and beach bar) on the island. There is also a cheap good quality Taverna onsite, and boats for hire at the end of the drive. We reckon it’s the best location on the island!

We had a wonderful week here and will happily return. The view from both balcony and living room is superb, with a view out to some of the other islands on a clear day. The location is very quiet, and it is lovely to just sit there and relax. Because of the layout of the different balconies, it is always possible to find a shaded location, which is nice when trying to get a bit of respite from the sun. The pool is clean and very refreshing, and there is plenty of space to lie/sit around it, though not much natural shade (but there are parasols) The apartment is clean and comfortable, and had all we needed to prepare breakfast and a couple of basic meals. It's in a quiet part of the island, but there is a nice taverna at the bottom of the hill, and another restaurant within easy walk. The two beaches are also within an easy walk and are both very pleasant. There is also a mini-market, though it was closed when we tried to use it. Communication with the host was fantastic

Great place, very clean and comfortable for a group of friends. Walkable distance from the sea. Great location for vacations on the northern side of the island.

I cannot fully articulate how truly MAGICAL our stay was. Our hosts were so very attentive, kind, and thoughtful. They even recommended a special event during Easter weekend that we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. The home was CLEAN, beautiful and had everything we could have wanted and more. The views were gorgeous and with the beach and restaurants right at our door step, there was nothing more we could have needed! I have nothing critical to share and wish I could come back every year. Divine! Book this space, you will not regret it.

L appartamento è super, una casa comodissima x vivere, è pieno di luce, con due terrazzini dove fare colazione, la vista sul mare e sulle isole intorno straordinaria, non potevo sperare di più , era ciò che volevo. Bisogna solo essere disposti a fare due piani di scale , ma Nikoletta ti aiuta x le valige. Lei è gentilissima , sempre pronta a rispondere alle tue esigenze e a darti informazioni. Ci ha accolto con dei dolcetti squisiti fatti dalla mamma. È possibile andare in centro anche a piedi , oppure con il bus, c è la fermata molto vicina. Ci tornerò sicuramente ma x un periodo più lungo ! Assolutamente raccomandato. Grazie Nikoletta!

Nous avons passé un mois idyllique chez Chrisanthi. Tout est fait pour décompresser, oublier le temps, profiter du moment présent et savourer. On se sent comme à la maison dès l’arrivée, la vue du salon est magnifique. Et surtout, Chrisanthi est adorable. Pleine de bons conseils, de délicates attentions, bref, allez-y les yeux fermés. Costas has found the perfect balance between accessibility and discretion. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. The view from the terrace is simply fantastic - if you like diving or snorkeling, you can even spot sea turtles in the bay below the house. It's the little things that make the difference and Costas makes that difference. Coffee, water and drinks are available on arrival and you are even spoiled with homemade food. Costas represents Greek hospitality at its best.

We stayed a villa Annita for a week as a family of 5; parents, & 24, 22 & 19 year old children. The house had plenty of rooms and space to accommodate us all generously and we had a brilliant time. House itself is charming and spacious with good outdoor areas and wonderful sea view facing south. Lovely garden also. There is great swimming off the rocks below - not too tricky to enter - and a super little beach with v easy access only five minutes walk away. Local town easy 12 minute walk on safe roads with good restaurants, bakery and supermarket. We loved the area. It’s also a great base to explore rest of wonderful Syros; Ermoupolis town (twice & take swimmers as great bathing platform in heart of town), Delphini beach and Kini beach (lovely resort). Nowhere more than 20 mins by car. Annita and George were wonderful hosts from start to finish. Highly recommend Villa Annita and Syros to anyone.

Magnifique maison avec une vue superbe, hôte très réactive, répondant immédiatement aux questions. Les terrasses qui permettent de profiter du soleil et de l’ombre sont très bien agencées et ajoutent au charme de la maison. Le studio séparé est idéal pour un couple ami qui souhaite avoir son intimité. Une voiture est indispensable si l’on veut profiter de l’île et de la mer. This was truly a wonderful experience, the place offered everything we could wish for, including a very hospitable host & a magical ocean view. We are definitely coming back, next time for a longer stay.

Blitzsauber Wohnung, sehr bequeme Betten, großzügiges Badezimmer. In der Wohnung lagen sehr viele Pflegeartikel bereit und außerdem Wasser, Wein, frisches Obst und Snacks. Vielen Dank liebe Thania! An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter und praktische Fensterläden. Was vielleicht wichtig ist: Alle Räume sind Durchgangszimmer. Wir wurden von Thania selber freundlich begrüßt und eingewiesen, vorab hat sie uns Tipps für Restaurants und Sightseeing geschickt. Wenige Schritte zum Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants und an den Strand. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, Kini und auch Ermoupoulis sind sehr schön.
