For those arriving by car due to the proximity of the M3 and M0 motorways. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Ideal base for exploring Budapest, with excellent public transport day and night. The City Park, Heroes' Square, Széchenyi Bath can be reached in half an hour.

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Kovács guesthouse - Budapest

The Kovács guesthouse is located in the IV. district of Budapest, Újpest, in a quiet, family residential area. The entire house is also for rent, with a large (covered) terrace on the ground floor that makes your stay cozy. The house has two rooms, a separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The garden can also be used, no one else lives on the property. It can be an ideal solution for families with children and/or dogs to relax and unwind. Parking is free in front of the house (on the street).

The Villa is mediterran style, located in a nature reserve area. The Fáy Prés House Restaurant is 150 meters from the villa, 3 km from Hungaroring race track. View of Budapest and the mountains, which is beautiful day and night. The house has a 10-meter long swimming pool. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden. Own parking for 4 cars in the yard of the house. Horse riding and fishing are also nearby. The nearest supermarket and gas station are 1 km away.

Beautiful panorama, fresh air and tranquility. In this environment, the house was built, the upper level of which is the brown apartment. It has a 30 sqm private terrace from where you can admire the Danube and the Visegrád Castle. You'll love watching the boats and the lights of Visegrád with a glass of wine in your hand in the evening. The apartment has two floors, a huge terrace, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs.
