Luxury spacious holiday house near lake and beach

Located in quiet residential area. Luxurious, spacious and very comfy. Open plan house with 6 bedrooms. 5 mins walk to the lake nearby, enjoy bird watching, fishing or jogging. Beach is about 15mins walk away. My Citi bus public transport close by. Great base to explore Cape Town. Battery and inverter been installed to cover the load shedding. Can support lights, TV and wifi, but won't support appliances that will use lots of electricity such as microwave oven, hairdryer, oven, etc.

An airy loft space features a high ceiling with exposed wooden beams and a chandelier. A cozy sleeping area is highlighted by a white bed and a light-colored blanket. A leafy plant and rustic furniture add warmth to the room, with a staircase leading to the lower level.

The Loft is on the same premises as Foam House with a separate entrance from the parking area. The famous Blouberg beach and promenade is situated at the top of our road. This beautiful space encompasses a light and bright double volume studio with the main bedroom in the loft enjoying views of the park opposite, set above the open plan living area with kitchenette and separate bathroom. Off street secure parking is available. Meals are available on request from the main house.
