This apartment is convenient to nearby boat launches (Cobbosseecontee Lake and Woodbury pond) and the local beach 1 mile away. Access to kayak or canoe 1/4 mile away. There are 2 golf courses within 2-5 miles. The apartment has been serving travel nurses and is 12-15 miles to Augusta or Lewiston ME. The apartment is above a garage and is separate from the adjacent owner-occupied home.
