Work would occur roughly 8am–4/5pm and not every day. Cannot see it from the house.

Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally-located efficiency apartment above our garage. 15 minutes to Gardiner/Augusta, 15 minutes to I95/295. Less than one hour from Portland. Sit by the stream, listen to the loons or enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. If you want to kayak, you can do that too! Eagles regularly soar overhead. Queen size bed, love seat and room enough for a pack and play. A/C, full kitchen, Keurig, microwave, toaster, dishes. Wifi and cable. Roomy parking.

There are 2 golf courses within 2-5 miles. The apartment has been serving travel nurses and is 12-15 miles to Augusta or Lewiston ME. The apartment is above a garage and is separate from the adjacent owner-occupied home.
