Studio located in a very good area. Supermarkets nearby, convenience to all kinds of shops. The studio has air conditioning, a 135 cm double bed that doubles as a sofa. It has sheets and towels. Esplanade for parking a 3-minute walk away and the beach a 7-9 minute walk away. Newly renovated kitchen with ceramic hob and range, new shower in the bathroom, and a new mattress and pillow.
