To the "old building"

🤗 Welcome to our cozy apartment for the perfect vacation in the tranquility of Val di Non. The space, formerly designated as the Municipal Hall, still retains the charm of past years with its vaulted ceiling and a large fresco representing the coat of arms of the municipality. A truly one-of-a-kind space. In addition, for an extra touch of history and prestige, the apartment is located in a building that was owned by the noble counts Thun Filippini a few centuries ago.

San Paolo Apartment

The apartment is located in the village of Nanno, in the center of Val di Non, from here you can easily reach the main attractions of the area, an ideal location for families and friends who want to spend a vacation in contact with nature. Upon entering the apartment, there is a hallway that gives access to all the rooms: bathroom, 2 bedrooms and kitchen-living room. The accommodation has a large balcony where you can eat while listening to the birds chirping.

Vacations in historic homes

We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Farnhaus. Loft above Merano with a view

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Weekend House

The comfortable apartment "Casa Weekend" is located in Cagnò, a district of the municipality of Novella, in the beautiful Val di Non, renowned for apple cultivation and ideal for hiking and cycling. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ski storage, digital terrestrial TV, and a child's bed.

CIPAT CODE: 022230-AT-012332 The chalet is a completely renovated old windmill located in Coredo on the Predaia Plateau. Positioned within walking distance of the Tavon and Coredo lakes, it is surrounded by nature and is an excellent starting point for many hikes and walks.
