This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. This is a renovated Kyomachi house near Gojo-zaka. A 100-year-old Kyomachi house has been transformed into a guest house where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the good old days. It is a luxurious natural material renovation that uses diatomaceous earth with deodorizing and humidity regulating effects, and unpolluted materials such as hinoki cypress and cedar, with attention to detail in the finish. The whole ceiling is covered with cypress, and the pillars, frames, and baseboards are also made of cypress, creating a space filled with the comfort of real natural materials and the scent of cypress. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts.
