Enjoy the calm of the Haut Brion vineyards while being close to the Talence SNCF train station, tram B and the campus (10 min walk), the center of Bordeaux (15 min by train, 30 by tram) and the ring road. Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.
