Charming studio of 20 m2, annexed to our house. Enjoy the calm of the Haut Brion vineyards while being close to the Talence SNCF train station, tram B and the campus (10 min walk), the center of Bordeaux (15 min by train, 30 by tram) and the ring road. We lend a bicycle! Equipped kitchen: microwave, fridge, dishes, coffee machine + salt, oil, coffee, tea... Linens, towels, soap and shampoo provided. Bed made on arrival. Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.
