Eine gemütliche Wohnung direkt am Strand von Melenara mit Blick auf das Meer. Alle wichtigen Stationen wie Restaurants, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bushaltestellen, Taxistand etc. sind ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung Deines Aufenthalts super einfach. Melenara ist sehr günstig gelegen und man erreicht mit dem Auto Las Palmas in 15 und Maspalomas in 25 Minuten. Zu allen weiteren beliebten Ausflugszielen gelangt man zwischen 15 und 45 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist ungeeignet für Gäste mit Kindern.

Ideal for resting on the beach

The house has fantastic ocean views because it is located on a hill. To access the beach there are some direct access stairs to the dock. In the beach there are various restaurants, cafe and tobacconist. Near the house is Taliarte's pier where you can buy fish from fishing boats. The avenue connects several beaches with a great boardwalk for walking or sporting.

If you want peace and quiet, come to my apartment, located in a village called Ingenio, known for its folk music, Armaro's artisan bread and its good people. It is in the south of the island, with good access to the (GC 1) 5 minutes from the airport. 22 km from the capital and 22 km from the south of the island.(Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés, etc.)
