The living room has a fireplace and an air heat pump. The cottage has a wood-heated sauna, and the washing water heats up when the sauna is heated. Drinking and tap water comes to the yard. The jetty and the terrace area are in a rustic state of repair, but they are still a lovely spot to listen to the lapping of the waves and take a dip.
