Close to shops and the bus. 1 km to the Fields shopping centre, good cafés and bakeries, and the ‘Ørestad’ metro and train station. You are welcome the periods when we do not use the house ourselves 😊 I meet my guests the way I would like to be met 😊

Skansehage

Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

We offer two guest bikes, with which it takes 20min into the old town, 10min to christianshavn, Christiania or Amager Strand🏖️. The metro is a 12min walk away, the 🚌 3min. 113m2 living space & a large garden offer plenty of space for a family or friend group of up to 5 people 🏡🌻

This beautiful and spacious family villa apartment on 90 square meters with garden, are located close to the metro station, 10 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes from the inner city and close to the beach . The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three. On the second floor we are living - Me, my husband Soren and our son Vitus. There are many grocery shops near by, and a lovely park just down the street.

This is one of the most beautiful and attractive areas in Copenhagen. A neighborhood with nice townhouses on a quiet residential street and only with traffic from the residents in the area. From the house, you can get to the airport, the city center or the beach in just 15 minutes. The house is from 1902 and completely renovated in 2020. The space 140 m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets - a shower. Kitchen with all amenities. Beautiful garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.

Our lovely home with room for 2 adults and 3 kids have been newly modernized. You can sit the beautiful garden while you have dinner or in the lounge are with a small bon fire. The beach is only 20 minutes by walk, you will be located only 12 minutes by car to Copenhagen and the airport is only 6 minutes away. Great for families who likes to stay in a silent areas, but yet be close to Copenhagen. We do love this place and we are sure you will as well :)

If you would love to experience real Danish "hygge", please be our guests! We have an original and eclectic home with old and new furniture, books, art and objects in one wonderful mix. There is a lovely garden for the spring and summertime with fruit trees and flowers and a wood stove inside for the wintertime. A lovely beach and harbor are a ten minute walk away. Also, you can be in the center of town with the local Metro train in just 15 minutes!

Rema1000, Føtex, SuperBrugsen 10 minutes Bus stop 100-200m: Cph 20 min. Airport 10 minutes Kastrup Strandpark 10 min by bike. It is recommended to rent bicycles for sightseeing and transportation.
