Old house / A trip to the good old Katsuura / Fishing spot / Near the beach

This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a dried fish shop. It is a long row house with a very unique construction. The dirt floor right from the entrance, the strangely small living room, the steep stairs, the slightly sloping second floor, etc., are inconvenient everywhere. We renovated it to make it comfortable while preserving the appearance of the time. The location of the inn is in a good location, just behind Katsuura Asaichi Street, along the shopping district. It's close to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing. In the morning, you can buy fresh vegetables and dried goods at the morning market, take a break at a locally famous coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or bathe at Matsu-no-Yu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture! There are also various reasonably priced bars with good atmospheres nearby. Tateyama/1 group per day/1 small rental house Ume-no-Yado

I turned a detached house next to my mother's house into a small guest house. This simple inn has a bit of a Showa-era feel, and is limited to one group. From the second person, it is 4,500 yen. Whether you're with friends or alone, feel free to use it. There are dogs and cats on the☆ premises, so if you don't like animals can't be used. From the☆ parking lot, you walk a narrow path that cars can't pass through for 2 minutes, there are slopes and stairs. (There are two sets of three steps) The ☆back is a forest, so we clean it carefully, but I think it is difficult for people who don't like insects to stay. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance of the☆ accommodation. We recommend that you do your shopping before you check in. It is a little inconvenient, but it is a quiet environment. Please feel free to use it as if it were your own small villa. ☆Barbecue equipment rental is 2,000 yen. 房総の小江戸と呼ばれる大多喜城下町通りにある京町家のような築100年以上たつ古民家です。 大多喜城（徳川家康四天王の１人本多忠勝十万石居城）、国指定重要文化財などが大切に保存され、千葉では珍しい古い城下町が広がり、懐かしさをそそります。 大多喜のしろ筍はえぐみが少ないので有名で、3月下旬から4月下旬が食べ頃です。(今年は4月に入ってからになりそうです) また一歩足を延ばすと、海あり山あり川遊びあり渓谷あり黒湯の温泉ありのローケーションです。(車で10分～30分圏内)房総の自然を満喫する拠点としてお使いいただけます。高滝湖のワカサギ釣りや、何十万年前の磁気の逆転、チバニアンは世界的に有名です。（3年後にビジターセンターがオープン予定です） 当施設は、夷隅川を見ろす場所に位置し、地Ge盤は岩盤です。 お車でお越しの際は、圏央道　市原鶴舞ICから20分になります。 東京駅から大多喜まで高速バスで80分になります。 羽田空港から車で1時間弱、成田空港から車で1時間10分です。 最寄り駅は大多喜駅で、徒歩12分です。(いすみ鉄道脱線の影響により、一部区間はいすみ鉄道代行バスになります)
