I especially appreciate the proximity to Leipzig city center (about 11 min. by tram), to the Neue Messe (8 min. by car) and to the Abtnaundorfer Park (2 min. walk), the green oasis 💚 right outside the front door. In my spacious rooftop garden you can relax and unwind over the rooftops of the city. PS: My bedroom has a ceiling fan.
