Charming house completely renovated with enclosed garden, ideally located 15 min from Chinon and its fortress, canoeing and fishing, 5 min from Richelieu the medieval town (accessible by bike via the greenway), 45 min from Futuroscope or 30 min from Center Parc. Independent, comfortable studio for 2–4 people

We welcome you to a completely renovated and equipped independent studio. Queen size bed on the mezzanine and possibility of an extra bed (2 people) on the ground floor with the sofa bed. IMPORTANT POINT: we are located on a busy road on weekdays day or night, cars and trucks. If you want absolute calm on weekdays, we will fully understand if you choose a different place.
