Monthly Rentals in Tea

Stayed here with my pup for a week while I travelled for work. Nice and clean place that was perfect for me!

I stayed at Judys place for the week while I was working in town, and I had everything I needed! I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen so I could cook my own meals, and she included laundry detergent and dryer sheets so I could do a load of laundry while I was there. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. I had wifi issues while I was there, and Judy was quick to respond and fix the problem immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

Jacob was a great host and when I had some questions he responded quickly. His place is clean and just as described. We were mainly there at night right before bed but everything was great.
