Casa Lupe. Art-inspired courtyard house in Teguise

Located within the historic complex of Teguise, (Lanzarote's former capital and current cultural centre of the island) this charming, artistic, late nineteenth century courtyard-house, has been thoughtfully renovated preserving its original architectural features, combining tradition and modernity. The thick volcanic walls, terracotta floors and timber ceilings create a backdrop whereby natural light, colours, textures and works of art form a series of unique spaces.

Cottage Oasis

Casita Oasis is located in a quiet village location in Mala. It is a cozy modern vacation home. The house is around 45 m ² and has a living/dining room and a sleeping area, which is visually delimited by a wall. The living area merges with a sliding glass door into an east-facing terrace with garden views. Furthermore there is a sun spot surrounded by a natural stone wall, wind-protected and south-facing sun square as well as a small terrace with a brick barbecue.

With windows all all sides you will be immerse into Famara ocean and Famara cliff. Inside and outside merge in this loft bathed with light from dawn to sunset. 200-year-old finca with large botanical garden, on the southern edge of the city of Teguise. Casa Panama, part of Finca Mimosa, is a rare green oasis of tranquility on the island. The 200-year-old finca was built in the traditional country house style in a horseshoe shape around a 135 m² patio. It is surrounded by a 2000 m² exotic garden with many typical island plants and trees, including 28 palm trees, many of them house-high.

Guayarmina is a house of approx. 90m2 with a very sunny independent garden where you can have breakfast and eat outdoors; there is also a hammock where you can take a nap. It is located in a small development with a quiet pool where you can swim all year round (it is not heated) It is located in a very quiet residential area, away from hotel areas but very close to the beach and supermarkets (5 minutes walk)
