Welcome to our fully equipped apartment and studio, which can accommodate up to 6 people, in the heart of a wooded estate, 10 minutes from the centre of Albi. These two independent, split-level accommodation units each have private access, parking and a private terrace that is ideal for outdoor dining. From mid-May until the end of September, make full use of the shared swimming pool and all the outdoor facilities.

The 80 m2 Cayman Gîte is an independent gîte in an outbuilding of Villa Crocodile. Sleeps 5. Benefiting from all modern comforts, it is decorated with antique furniture and offers panoramic views of the river. It offers a comfortable terrace and access to the garden along the river. The owner's pool is accessible from 2pm to 6pm. Given its proximity to the river, it is not recommended for children who cannot swim.

Neither a real house nor a cabin, this 70m2 vacation spot is more of a retreat for those seeking to recharge batteries in a green setting (4500m2 of wooded land and stone terraces), all while being within easy walking distance of all necessities.
