The apartment was completed in 2024. Some of our furniture is made by us. A bakery, supermarket and restaurants are available in the village of Petting.

The Chiemsee can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Waginger See in 15 minutes. Salzburg can be seen from the farm and is only 30 km away. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.
