Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

This semi-detached house is brand new and offers plenty of space as well as a wonderful view on the mountains. It is a new construction with upscale amenities. For example, the kitchen is equipped with a granite countertop, appliances from Miele and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are three bedrooms with double beds, a very large living area with eat-in kitchen and terrace, a gallery, a large bathroom with bathtub, double sink and walk-in shower. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet.

The apartment is located in the beautiful idyllic Rupertiwinkel. Our great garden at the edge of the forest, with birdsong and the sheep on the pasture next door, overlooking the mountains is pure relaxation. The best way to get to us is by car. The apartment is located in the basement. Cleaning agents and disinfectants are there. A bike path leads around Lake Waginger and Lake Taching, the warmest lake in Bavaria. The heath hike with the moor lake is only a kilometer away.

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

Relax in this special and cozy accommodation. Newly designed one-room apartment in a quiet yet central location. Ideal for all kinds of excursions. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

Cosy apartment in historical farmhouse, living room with dining nook and pull-out sofa for 2 persons, bed room with double bed, small bathroom, small kitchen, ideal starting point for sightseeing trips, hiking and bike tours as well as for cross country skiing. Distances: 20 min Chiemsee, 25 min Bad Reichenhall, Traunstein, 35 min Salzburg, skiing area Reit im Winkl/Steinplatte, 45 min Berchtesgaden, Koenigsee, skiing area Lofer.

Here is a huge trailer with everything you need, even a separate shower and oven. Perfect for both short and long stays. On top there is a great view over wide fields and the beautiful Alpine panorama. Pets and of course children are welcome here. Children up to the age of 6 stay with us free of charge. If necessary, I will also gladly install fall protection for the little ones.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
