Eine große Terrasse, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, erreicht man direkt durch das Wohnzimmer. Unser Gästezimmer ist besonders geeignet, um von hier aus mit dem Fahrrad, der Bahn, dem Auto oder auch zu Fuß Potsdam (und auch Berlin) zu erkunden. Sowohl der Filmpark Babelsberg als auch der gleichnamige Stadtteil sind interessante Ausflugsziele. Mit der etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernten S-Bahn sind Sie in 25 Minuten in Berlin oder in 10 Minuten im Potsdamer Stadtkern. Mit dem Auto gelangt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zur Autobahn, aber weder sie noch die Bahn sind nachts zu hören.

Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby — ideal for exploring Berlin comfortably and with ease.
