Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The 112 sqm 3-room ground floor apartment is located directly on Lake Dämeritz in a small, very quiet residential complex, with a great view of the sunsets and the Berlin shore, which you can enjoy from the very large, partly green terrace. From the house entrance, steps lead to the lake with jetty and swimming ladder. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.

Sky Lounge apartment directly on the lake

The Sky Lounge vacation apartment is located in a house directly on Lake Teupitz. It offers a fantastic view of it. The sunsets are breathtaking. Teupitz is located directly on the highway and therefore very conveniently located to quickly drive to Berlin or the Spreewald. The apartment can also be reached by train and bus. On the property there is a terrace by the water with seating area, sun loungers and parasols, rowboat and a game room with billiards.

Absolut abgelegen liegt dieses Tiny House auf einem 2,5 Hektar großen Waldgrundstück (neben zwei weiteren Ferienhäusern) in der Natur des Spreewaldes. Das Ferienhaus wird jetzt das erste Mal vermietet nachdem es umfangreich erneuert wurde. Du findest eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Doppelbetten, eine Klimaanlage und einen Kamin vor. In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden, angeln oder Kanu fahren.

Vacation home "Inselgarten"

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. Experience unforgettable moments in this special and family-friendly place. On a quiet, historic farm, you will find many opportunities to relax. On the grounds there is a natural playground and a sunny terrace that invites you to barbecue and linger. The nearby swimming area at Lake Teupitz is approx. 200 meters away. Shopping (supermarket) can be reached quickly. Bicycles are available, free of cost.

Welcome to our small, charming nature cottage, hidden in the heart of nature! Surrounded by an extensive, lush garden, this small paradise offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation or short break away from everyday stress. You are a 2-minute walk from the beautiful, crystal-clear Plessower Lake. Finally, peace... You only hear natural sounds, water birds, frogs, foxes and hedgehogs.

Spreewald 2-person vacation apartment by the bakery

The vacation apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. It is a contactless stay with check-in via key box possible. We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. The property is not accessible.
