Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tempe

This was the perfect stay for it being my first time in Phoenix, it made it very easy due to the fact that it’s only 7 minutes from the airport. This location is in the middle of everything but still in a quiet peaceful location. The unit I stayed in was very clean homey and even had a lot of privacy. I also felt very safe and secure since the unit is located behind the main house and has a nice gate that is key entry access only. The home was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook clean and to make myself comfortable… The host is so sweet friendly always responds promptly and was very considerate for allowing me to do an early check in. I would definitely stay here again and plan to book once I’m in town again. Definitely a 5 star stay for a solo trip or a couple stay.

Lovely Airbnb. Extremely clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, extra linens, games etc. The mattress has a lot of give and the pillows are not comfortable. If you’re a woman avoid walking alone at night. Otherwise this was a great place to stay.

Everything was perfect with Jung's home. Location was quiet, check in was easy and the place was spotless. The only minor complaint I had was there were no regular sized washcloths, only regular towels and hand towels. Even with that minor inconvenience I still rate the entire experience 5 stars. If I ever come to Phoenix again alone I will be staying at this spot.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Jasmin and Jason were very friendly and responsive. Place were clean and is easy to walk around. Parking was also easy - just to get from the parking to the apartment that was a little confusing but I found out that has 2 entrances on the parking area but not a big deal. I am definitely coming back and I do recommend a lot!

Katie’s place was great! Nice, quiet, safe, and walkable location, lots of nearby stores and restaurants, close to hiking trails. It had everything I needed for a long term stay! Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Phoenix.

Colby’s place is the perfect home for those who are trying to escape the cold of the northeast winter. It is a perfect location. A short walk takes you to Fountain Park and the many restaurants and events such as the weekly farmers market and the yearly art festival. A short drive takes you to numerous trails and relaxing hikes. If you prefer to stay at home, you’ll find a relaxing and peaceful backyard. Inside the beds are comfortable, the home is spotless and the kitchen is well supplied. I am hoping to return next year for a longer visit.

This was the perfect stay for my girls trip/birthday trip. Not only is this home spacious, but it’s beautiful inside. The flamingo interior makes you feel like you’re on an episode of Love Island 😂😂 My friends and I LOVED the decor. The pool outside is a pluss. There are so many photo ops in here too. The attention to detail with the flamingo theme was top tier. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was about 20-30 min away from most of my destinations. A rental is definitely recommended. Nate answered back fast when I had a question. 5 starssss ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed at this Airbnb with several friends for a golf trip, and we had an amazing time! The Airbnb had everything we needed and more. The backyard pool + hot tub were our favorites. The Airbnb was also in a great area close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and coffee shops. Loved our stay!

We were in town for my dads 93rd birthday. Marty's place was 5 minutes from his place, 5 minutes from resturants, brew pub, crumble cookie 7 many other things. Freeway access is super easy, 20 minutes from the Sky Harbor airport. Marty's place worked great for us and we would stay there again if/when needed. Marty responded very quickly with any questions we had. Thank you it was a greata stay.

Location was great. We were down for a baseball tournament at multiple fields and for spring training games and the house was about 20min from everywhere. Host was very responsive we needed supplies and he got it sent right to the house. The place had lots of space great for two Families to share.

We had an amazing stay at Jeffery’s. This home was perfect for our family, the heated pool was incredible, as was the hot tub and smoker bbq. The home is welcoming and has everything you need, and is well decorated with very comfortable good quality beds. The neighbourhood is peaceful and there are several parks and playgrounds within a couple blocks radius. The grocery store nearby is a bonus and it’s a super family friendly area. The host is very attentive and helpful as well. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

My extended stay at Kiki’s was a wonderful experience. This property is in an incredible location in Scottsdale- super close to Old Town and tons of dining and shopping options- but the neighborhood is extremely quiet and the neighbors are wonderful. The house is absolutely beautiful and you can tell the hosts have put a lot of thought and effort into decorating and stocking the home with high quality amenities. The beds, pillows, and linens were all top of the line! I was there during the hottest time of the year but the two zone ac was incredibly efficient and kept the entire home cool and comfortable. The house is also stocked with everything you could possibly need for a stay- cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, cooking supplies- you name it. I’ve stayed in a lot of properties but this place actually felt like home. Kiki is also very responsive and super friendly. This home is a must book if you’re visiting Scottsdale!

Great location, easy access to main roads and freeway. Condo was very nice, plenty of room and the balcony was delightful in the evenings.

We had an amazing stay in Nick’s condo! It had everything we needed: prime location on the property, close to the heart of Scottsdale, clean & well kept with intentional effort to make it cozy and provided a peaceful space to unwind after a day of adventuring. Dare I say it’s even better in person than the listing portrays. Nick is a great host. He let us know the cleaners were done early and allowed early check in, which was so nice after an early morning of travel. We could also tell that he really listens to his guest as we noticed some freshly restocked goods based on prior reviews. The pool was also perfection and everyone we encountered was so nice! No issues with neighbors or noise disturbances once during our stay. We will absolutely be back to stay! Thanks, Nick!

We loved our stay in Mesa. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was very responsive to questions and when there was an issue with the dryer, he had it resolved within hours. We would stay here again! One of our favorite places to date.

Had a great stay, place was just what my girlfriend and I needed while we were down here. We didn’t have any problems with anything and the entire place was very clean. The one time that we did reach out to our host they replied within seconds. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area again!
