My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a house with a good sized floor. Next time we go to Ticumán we plan to stay here again.

It's a nice house with an excellent pool. The perfect combination to rest and enjoy with family. The property has all the amenities described. I recommend this place very close to the CDMX.

It is a super large and spacious house, I loved that they accepted our puppies, they are super friendly people and excellent hosts... the house has enough spaces to live in, as well as 5 quite spacious rooms, the house has WiFi and Netflix... the pool is quite large and we pass it super also has an area for the little ones ... it has a large garden and tmb has 03 bathrooms with tub and the kitchen has everything you need to cook... there are shops nearby to buy groceries as well as oxxo and Soriana shops.... We really liked our stay and we recommend this house and its hosts extensively as I repeat they are very friendly and were looking out to us all the time, it is an ideal place to spend a quiet weekend and away from the hustle and bustle of the city ... We would definitely be back...

Like every year my family and I visit this beautiful accommodation… and we were completely satisfied and delighted with the house and its amenities… the host and the guys who are on the estate (carlitos and berna) always have a great disposition and help us loved everything and more than we need… as every real year and on this occasion Paty supported us with the preparation of food at all times and also with the cleanliness that made our stay something unmatched

The place is huge! They don't do the photos justice because it was huge and very pretty. We stayed 12 people and there were plenty of rooms and very large spaces for everyone. The property, although old, is very well cared for, the gardens are beautiful and there is no need to go out at all. I recommend going to the super to buy everything you need, since while there are locals and mini super close, everything closes early or you have to go out to the neighboring village (it's still pretty close). Mr. Eudocio was very attentive and very helpful all the time. The pool is spectacular, has a trampoline and height from 1.40m to 2.40m in the honda part. It is not heated but at this time of the year the temperature is perfect to cool off. Thank you for some amazing days, I definitely recommend it and I would come back.

The accommodation is just as described, it's larger than what's shown in the photos. Paty received us and was very friendly, showed us around and was looking out for what we needed. We washed the accommodation for the night because we went to an event in gardens in Mexico and it was perfect, the location is excellent, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food.

Everything is perfect, the house is very large, the beds quite comfortable, the spacious rooms… José is very attentive always supporting us in everything we need.. the very fresh pool, perfect for the heat I was doing.. it has everything you need to have an excellent time.. Pamela was always attentive to all our doubts...

The property is very conveniently located, beautiful lake views, gardens, palapa, swimming pool and excellent soccer field, impeccable maintenance. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccable and comfortable. The property is just like the photos. The hosts are always available and there is a good response time if you need anything. The house has the basic and necessary utensils for the stay. It's a good option for groups and activities.

Very comfortable and spacious place to be with the family. The pool is amazing and always with a warm temperature. Very private place, with a store a few blocks away to cater to basic needs. A very happy stay watching a movie in the stay, spending the day in the pool and garden. Kitchen utensils and necessary utensils, nothing was needed. The internet is good for browsing and basic work, but not for video or audio conferences.
