Large garden with pool and solar-heated Jacuzzi, kayaks, barbecue, pier, etc. Beautiful Palapa with panoramic view of the lake, pay TV, living room, dining room, beds, fridge bar, ice cream maker, barbecue, billiards, foosball, etc.

The property is very large, has a very good location 1.5km from the town of Tequesquitengo, 5 min from Sky Dive, 15 min from Jardines de México; on the edge of the road, private parking and ample access to the lake. It has a closed circuit in common areas, air conditioners, spacious gardens with fruit trees, and beautiful views. There is a huge garden on the edge of the lake with a Ceiba, the largest tree in the area, with its shade you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Additional guest cost $650 per night, $750 in December. WE OPEN MUST AGREE ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE. Fully equipped kitchen, parking for 10 cars. Cost: VIEWING $500 per day. Maximum 2 pets $400 each per night. Heated pool £850 per day. Not suitable for people with mobility issues… stairs.
