The apartment is peaceful and equipped with every comfort, notably a spectacular terrace with a breathtaking sea view, from which you can enjoy the panorama of our gulf and the scent of the sea; you will be only 100 metres away. Near the flat, you will find all the essential shops, a supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a tobacconist's, a pharmacy and a post office. Palermo 15 km away, Bagheria 4 km away.

Detached, quiet and comfortable villa with direct access to the sea. The beach is characterized by the posedonia, classified by biologists as the nursery of the crystal clear sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 for double use, 1 with a private bathroom in the room, the third bedroom for quadruple use, also equipped with a private bathroom in the room. There is also a sofa bed for two more guests. An outdoor bathroom, with two showers, one indoor and one outdoor on the beach.

The villa, characterized by large terraces overlooking the sea, is semi-detached and divided into two floors, completely independent of each other, beyond the garden with access to the sea and the entrance square. The accommodation described here and the photos you see are of the upper floor. The lower floor of the villa is owned by my uncle and is rented only in summer separately.
