Holiday rentals with a kayak in Metropolitan City of Palermo

We just enjoyed a week in Florianas slice of heaven at the start of march, and it was perfect for us with our 2 year old son. The beach house is wonderful, the facilities such as the lovely heated pool and hot tub, and the washer/dryer and kitchen were both fun and super helpful! The cot was also ready for our use which was perfect. We liked the location a lot, but we were very grateful we had our own car to drive to all of the other fun. Floriana was an amazing host, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable! She had lots of really helpful recommendations and was very communicative with us. Would easily recommend to anyone.

our stay( 6 adults) was very comfortable. Maria and Aldo were gracious hosts. Aldo is an amazing cook and we now have his perfect recipe for pasta! The location was very convenient- quick drive to the train station for our day trips to Cefalù and Palermo. Trabia is a cute town- maria suggested a great wine store, grocery store and some restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore more. Until next time

A great house with a fantastic sea view, a phenomenal terrace, and a very comfortable and cozy interior.

We worked with Albi, Giorgio’s sister, for our stay. She was very responsive and helpful, even when we had last minute requests for a guide to Etna, etc. I would highly recommend reaching out to her for any questions or recommendations you might want during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, but the walkable restaurant is wonderful. You will want a car though to fully explore and get to the grocery, etc. Taxis take 30-45 minutes to arrive and we found them pricey. The house is amazing, though it is important to note that the hot tub is a European hot tub that only accommodates 2 people at one time. Otherwise, the house is well furnished, stocked and has all the equipment you need to enjoy the view and the ocean! It may have been seasonal, but during sunrise and sunset the mosquitoes were horrible and made it difficult to fully enjoy the wonderful terrace.

I spent 10 days at Paola's villa during Christmas. The villa is in a perfect location for those who want to enjoy silence and nature. You fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up with the seagulls and some fishing boats. There is a wonderful balcony from where you can enjoy the view of Cape Zafferano. You are surrounded by nature and the beach, a few meters from the house, is a perfect place to relax and sunbathe even in winter. In 5 minutes you can reach the small but very nice village of Santa Flavia and the largest Bagheria is 10 minutes away. Palermo is easily reachable in 20-25 minutes. Paola was always available and gave us a lot of useful information. Five stars to her and the whole experience. I hope to be back in the summer.

This is the perfect stay! In 2 minutes you can be laying on the beautiful, calm beach of campofelice. The kitchen also had great facilities!

Extraordinary property The park is wooded , a real botanical garden, it's a pleasure to walk around Access to the sea is great , the beach is superb and uncrowded The place is comfortable and very well-appointed Let's talk about Dario's friends... dogs , cats came to us every day without being embarrassing because they know how to be discreet if they are not welcome ... it's very entertaining Let's talk about Dario … What to say except that he is a warm man, that he loves contact and makes us feel good by his side He gave us good advice on possible outings or restaurants ... Nice experience for us ☺️
