The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The swimming pool is shared with our other property, Casa Catina (max 4 people).

The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Welcome to our beloved country house! Las Regaderas is a newly reformed typical canarian house full of tradition. In our cottage you could find lots of trees and flowers and a marvelous sunbathing zone with a private pool in the outside. There is also a big barbecue zone right next to the house. Our cottage is far enough to enjoy nature and quietness but less than 5 minutes by car from the city of Arucas. Ideal for visiting the north of the island.

Se encuentra en el centro histórico de uno de los pueblos más turísticos de la isla. Teror. Donde se puede realizar turismo rural y de senderismo. The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
