Appartamento spazioso con due camere, un bagno completo e uno di servizio. Cucina ben attrezzata e salotto con due divani. Bella la terrazza. Parcheggio privato. Zona tranquilla e in 5 minuti d’auto si è in centro. Consigliato

Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Siamo stati colpiti dalla bellezza dello spazio esterno e dalla grandezza dell’appartamento. La Posizione ottima, abitazione molto tranquilla ed accogliente. Il Giardino curato e immenso, con tutti i comfort desiderati. I proprietari di casa molto accoglienti e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Soggiorno assolutamente positivo.

Très beau logement, propre, climatisé et disposant d’une terrasse avec une magnifique vue. L’hôte est sympathique, disponible et réactif. Accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Je recommande !

Très belle endroit calme et paisible, cadre magnifique. Une propriété de qualité, bien entretenue, parfait pour se relaxer et se reposer. La villa est très propre. Situé à proximité de la gare pour se rendre à Rome (30 min de train). Patrizia est très accueillante et souriante, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans une magnifique villa typiquement italienne

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Amazing! Gorgeously laid out and designed. You will not regret staying here. Valentino was incredibly patient with us since we arrived later than expected and helped secure is a reservation for dinner (delicious!). We highly recommend!

Je recommande plus plus plus cette maison Surtout en ayant fait d’autre maison avant …. et surtout Francesca Elle est aimable , gentille, bienveillante La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec draps torchons farine sucre …. Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏

Due giorni passati molto in fretta. Tutto sommato è stata positiva la permanenza nell’alloggio, molto in stile orientale. Giardino molto molto bello, con il laghetto. La casa abbastanza in ordine, magari servirebbe un bidet e la luce della camera funzionante. La porta principale ha una chiusura un po’ particolare, in quanto chiude solo l’ inferriata esterna. Però per quello che dovevamo fare noi ad Anzio, ci è andato tutto molto bene

À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. Wat een fijn huis! Ondanks dat wij er voor een sterfgeval waren, hebben wij echt een thuisgevoel gehad. Mooie, rustige en schone woning. De communicatie was erg goed. Wij komen zeer zeker snel terug! Een mooie plek gevonden om vaker terug te keren in mijn vaderland. Bedankt voor alles.

Paola is a thoughtful , kind, wonderful host and the apartment is just as described. It is on a quiet street yet less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, center & port. Paola has thought of everything, demonstrating a real commitment to providing all that her guests may need (beach umbrellas, cold drinks in the fridge and even ingredients to make a simple supper). Thank you so much Paola!

Matteo is a great host. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend staying at his place. The property was neat and clean and everything was provided for my stay.

Logement très agréable, tout est à disposition ! Idéal si vous venez avec un chien, une douche extérieure nous a permis de rincer le sable de la plage qui se trouve à deux pas du logement ! De la place pour se garer si vous venez avec votre voiture ! Hôte très agréable et surtout très réactif ! Si l’occasion se représente nous reviendront ! Merci encore ☺️

Sara e suo marito Lorenzo sono stati host gentili e premurosi, educati, rispettosi e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. L’appartamento è meglio di come viene mostrato in foto, spazi molto ampi e giardino stupendo dove i nostri figli di 6 e 11 anni hanno potuto giocare e divertirsi. Siamo arrivati in auto da Milano e ci siamo sempre spostati con il nostro mezzo scoprendo Roma e dintorni, visitando i luoghi di interesse e le proposte culinarie tipiche del territorio

Siamo stati alla Casetta con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata per festeggiarlo al meglio. La casetta in legno è comoda sotto ogni aspetto, dispone di ogni servizio possibile. Il magnifico giardino con barbecue e forno a legna, la stupenda piscina a sfioro, punta di diamante della struttura, comodissima e sempre assolata e da cui si vede il Circeo ed il mare...e l'assoluta privacy e serenità che si vive. Alessandra ci ha accolto lasciandoci dei buonissimi dolcetti locali, ed è stata molto disponibile e reattiva per ogni nostra domanda durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo passato dei giorni nel più totale relax.. tanto da non spostarci mai nei dintorni da quelli piccoli angoli di paradiso. Torneremo volentieri appena possibile!

Just a super nice place in the mountains and still very close to the ocean. The owners are just lovely and communication was very nice and uncomplicated. If you’re looking for a quiet place in a natural environment this is the place to be!!!
