Very pleasant and relaxing stay at the Fauno with excellent hospitality from the host Gabriella and Francesco who organized a beautiful day for us on the boat with lunch and swimming. The house is cozy and equipped with everything you need; strategic with respect to shuttle bus, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. We'd love to come back.

Great place to stay in Anzio!

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and cared for allowed our Labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was immediately very kind. Definitely a place to come back.

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet countryside area, perfect for relaxing, and private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpaca, from which she obtains beautiful artisanal products

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Simona and Federica, two extremely friendly and helpful sisters. We stayed in this beautiful home for a few days and couldn't have asked for better. The house is spacious, one of a kind and very well cared for in every detail, better than in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room comfortable and cozy, the outdoor spaces are a gem and with an amazing view. The area is quiet and easily accessible. We highly recommend it to those looking for comfort, tranquility and impeccable hospitality!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

Fantastic House and top service!

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. We discovered a beautiful place, full of history and culture. Although it is a small village Isola del Liri offers a wide range of venues of all kinds, and I would also say imaginative. Great food, very nice people with whom we immediately established friendly relationships. Just below the apartment is La Proseccheria, a delightful romantic place where we enjoyed excellent aperitifs with the friendly owners. The apartment, perfect for a couple, is cozy, clean and equipped with all comforts. We'll be back!

The owner was friendly and quick to respond The surrounding area is quiet, and you can have great scenery and meals just a short drive away. I had a problem with the car during my stay and the owner called my friends to fix it Thank you so much. I tried to repay you. The owner didn't want I was just relieved that it was solved. I was relieved. I've been to many countries on Airbnb, but I was the best landlord I'll remember it for the rest of my life.

I stay in this wonderful accommodation for 3 nights . It is in front of the beach which makes this accommodation even better , it is not very far from Rome , so you can stay here enjoy the beach and the sun and also go and visit the city of Rome . The accommodation was also very clean and tidy and has everything you need. The host is totally wonderful, very friendly and is always attentive to anything you need, whether it's coffee , clean towels, snacks or anything else. I felt very safe and comfortable in this home, I really felt at home , so I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip 😊☺️☺️

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back

Our stay for more than 1 month was amazing! The house is huge, it has a piano and a game room with ping pong table that we used a lot! It has really nice bedrooms, living rooms and places to hang. The house was very clean and the owner insisted on cleaning the house ones a week to change sheets and cleaning the bathroom in each bedroom. My only little downgrade was that the Kitchen is a little small but well equipped and clean. Much recommended!

I can only recommend this place, clean, comfortable 5 minutes by car from Sabaudia and close to various amenities. Giuseppe has always been Super available both as comsigkiiitili and for every need, from the parking in front of the house to the use of the private garden to the barbecue in the garden. He offered us free bikes to get around. Great point to visit the surrounding area or as in our case to follow the canoeing competitions. Thank you so much, and I'll see you soon.
