Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Terracina

Olympia and her husband were very helpful and extremely friendly, they advised on transport into the city and local restaurants. Location was perfect for our requirements as don't like to be in busy area. Apartment had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure.

Really enjoyable stay! The apartment is delicious, clean and equipped with all the comforts. Very simple and accurate check-in and check-out in the explanation! We'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed Maria's cosy and personal apartment. The apartment is located near the city centre and beaches, so it was easy to walk almost everywhere. It was nice to meet Doina in the check-in. She was helpful and explained us everything carefully. We got good recommendations for restaurants and sights. All in all a couple of days in Terracina was a perfect end for our trip!

Stunning location, charming little house

We had a really pleasant stay thanks to Alessandro, an impeccable host: kind, friendly and always attentive to the needs of guests. From the first contact, he was available and ready to intervene for any eventuality, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. The location is located in a quiet and comfortable area, a stone's throw from the EUR, well connected and served by all the main amenities. A great choice for both business travelers and tourism. Highly recommended!

The apartment corresponded exactly to the photos and was very welcoming. The host's daughter was concerned and very friendly. The central location is perfect for exploring the city on foot – everything is very close. The apartment is well-equipped and has all the necessary utensils needed for a comfortable stay. The windows are well insulated, which creates a quiet atmosphere, apart from the sounds that come from the adjacent pub for young people. In the summer it can get quite noisy there, which could be a bit disruptive for sensitive ears. i recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a central location and a friendly hostess!

Mauro is a delightful person. He accompanied us to visit the nature reserve of Tor Caldara, the English cemetery and this is definitely a plus. As for the apartment, it is responsive to the photographs but in real life you can see a certain neglect: the kitchen cabinets are black (not blue), they probably lost the lacquer, and some doors are missing; the shower has a closing curtain, definitely not hygienic; in the bedroom for the boys, the walls are all marked - not a big problem, but it makes the room unattractive. Mauro definitely pays some inexperience in managing checkout, but overall the rating is positive. The garden is unique, which has no hedge to maintain some privacy: the people who walk on the street (more than I imagined), inevitably look inside - but they are all very polite and say hello!

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Cosy apartment with real fire

We stayed at Kristina's place for a weekend with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed: absolutely nothing was missing. The view is simply beautiful, it accompanied us at all times of the day making the stay even more special. A special thank you also goes to the neighbors, Luigi and Ivana, very kind and welcoming people who made us feel really welcome. Kristina was super helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

My daughter and our dog were guests in the accommodation, we had a great time, a super clean house, accurate with everything you need, I really appreciated the whirlpool oven with the crispy that I often use at home, the sea is a 5-minute walk away... in short, everything is top! Highly recommended!

It was a fantastic week in the fantastic apartment in the heart of Sperlonga. Everything was so clean and nice place. At first glance I was surprised how great and thoughtful everything was. The air conditioning was so great and necessary during the hot days. I would definitely recommend staying there and I hope to comeback again.

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

everything was perfect as usual

The host ensured that we had a comfortable stay and extremely pleasant stay at his place. Daria not only gave us clear instructions to seamlessly reach her place but also came to greet us and let us check-in before the scheduled hours. The host gave important tips for commuteing in Rome which made us to optimumly utilise our stay at Rome in visiting the important tourist attractions. Daria also was helpful in arranging an NCC to drop us at Fimiciano Airport for our flight out of Rome. Daria is a great host and if we ever visit Rome again then we will repeat our stay at her place which is a spick and span house located in a very peaceful location with all amenities including a peaceful and private small garden on the rear of the house

Clean, tidy , quiet apartment despite being a stone's throw from the streets of downtown. Equipped with two TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare lunches/dinners to eat in the delicious and intimate outdoor garden. Antonio is a very helpful person for any advice. We had a great time. Our stay at Daniel's villa was unforgettable. The villa is in a very green area. The location is very convenient, the bus is a 3-minute walk away. The bus goes to the final metro station Laurentina. The apartment is spacious and clean with everything you need, kitchen, coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, etc. Beds and mattresses are super comfortable, which is what tourists need for a night's rest. Daniel is very friendly and helpful, helped us with everything. Thank you Daniel for a wonderful stay! We would love to come back to this fantastic city again!
