Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a medieval building, overlooking San Pellegrino and Pianoscarano, bright, central and at the same time quiet. The panorama extends to Monte Argentario, crowned by romantic sunsets. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.
