Het einde van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin en een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Walking and MTB trails start at the Kota, and our animals (chickens, dogs, cats, horses, alpacas and even a camel) walk around comfortably.
