The house is fully equipped, has a bathroom with a shower, and is located in a quiet rural area, close to the Bayonne-Mont-de-Marsan expressway. The bedroom in the apartment has a new double bed, a chest of drawers and a bedside table (if required). The owner's swimming pool can be used when he is away and is shared with the co-tenants of the neighbouring house.
