The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of water side lawn. Stay a couple nights or more and enjoy the king bed, mini kitchen and a shower built for 2 with a view to Vancouver Island.

We are a few minutes walk to Sunny Beach Road, a favourite beach spot amongst locals. A cafe, pub, ice cream shop, and many nature trails are all just a short walk away. The cottage is equipped with a queen size bed. A fold out cot is available for a 3rd guest.
